Pimps and Hoes Party a Huge Success

posted by Darryn Stephen on 2nd October 2006

The Pimp it up Party held on Thursday 28 September at Johnny Rockets was a Pimpin' great success. With Pimps and Hoes from around the country pullin' in to show their stuff in an attempt to be crowned the 2006 Pimp and/ or Hoe of the year.

The night went down with everybody having a Pimpin' great time, thanks to those outrageously cool guys at www.factory7.co.za and Arnette(www.arnette.com).

Pimps made sure that their bling-bling was the most noticeable, and that the Hoes picked up on their smooth way of being the biggest Pimp in the joint.

Hoes from every coastal area were in their most outrageous outfits, with feather boas and some other assets that had the Pimps turning heads.

Contrary to popular demand, Hoes are not always women as shown by former SA Champ Daniel Worsley(WP). Strutting his (or is it her) stuff and impressing the judges to a 3rd place in the Hoe division of the quest to find this years Hoe of the year competition.

Pimp it UpThe time had come to crown this years Pimp of the year. Nic Du Plooy showed that he was the biggest and flashiest Pimp around was none other than Nic Du Plooy, who pleased the judges with his smooth moves and Pimpin' cool outfit. Second to him was Daniel Worsley, who kinda fell into both categories with his Hoe costume. Lelo Zide looked like he was a Pimp for a living, he just looked too comfortable in his Pimpin' outfit.

In the Hoe division Vida Otto was smokin'..., with all the Pimps after her she took the coveted Hoe of the year award. Danielle Bahlman took the second place, and of course "Danielle" Worsley took the third place, getting a consolation prize of a kiss on the cheek by Mr Factory 7 himself Pimp Derek Footit.

The winner won a Pimpin' pair of Arnette Sunglasses and the title of the Pimp of the Year.

Thanks to this years sponsors www.factory7.co.za and Arnette (www.arnette.com) for hosting such an awesome event.

This years SA Bodyboarding Championships sponsors were SCIENCE Bodyboards, REEF Westsuits and apparel, www.FACTORY7.co.za, ENVIRON, Arnette, Spar and Realty1. Thank you for your support, without which the event could not have been held.
