WCC event registration cut-off extended to Monday, 2 April 2012

Please note that the event registration cut-off have been extended to Monday, 2 April 2012. People are having problems getting last minute registrations in. Sorry for the inconvenience.

This week has been hectic getting the last little bits and pieces together for this awesome Lambertsbay event. The Coke truck is set and loaded and a team of six guys are leaving Joburg on Tuesday to do the live streaming for the event. Video edits, interviews, replays and highlights are now becoming part of the local SABA bodyboarding scene. This is such exiting stuff! The big 20K cheque has been printed and ready to be handed over to the 2012 WCC champ.

All other divisions will also get prize money and to top it up REEF SA sponsored more than R20000 worth of bodyboarding gear. Glider eyewear once again is supporting the event for the 3rd year.

The swell and conditions are looking good for next week, so get your entries in. If you have not been to this event, make an effort as it is real special with the west coast vibe in full flow and all the riders competing and chilling together.
