Wow, what a week spent up in Durban for SA champs! Was great to see everyone and see that South African bodyboarding is alive and well! Well done to my Boetie for taking out the win he was by far the best rider of the event so a very deserving champion. Wez Fischer really stood out to me too, get back on tour buddy!
One thing that has really stood out to me over the past month being home is just how big SA bodyboarding has gotten and how many kids are out there ripping on a daily basis. Over the months of October and November I will be offering Individual and group coaching clinics, daily.

Prices work as follows:
Individual Sessions will be between 1 and 2 hours long and will be charged at R100 per hour.
I will cover everything from Stretching and core strength to cardio vascular fitness right down to the technicalities of the perfect backflip.
Group sessions will be 2 hours long and will be charged at R1000 for 10 people! This is ideal for a birthday or school group as well a group of friends wishing to take their bodyboarding to the next level.
On the 2nd last weekend of November I will be organising a competition for all people involved with the clinic with Pro Rider demos as well signings and some other surprises up my sleeve.
