The Wave House Flow League 2009 begins on Wednesday, February 4th. The League is for all riders, New or Old, Advanced or Beginner ... The Divisions we have will vary from Beginner - Intermediate - Professional. Strapless or Strapped. Bodyboarding or Stand-up. The Flow league is going to be fun and is something NEW that we have come up with. It is a start to a long awaited goal of ours at Wave House - Durban, to have a South African Flow Series and here it is.
Wave House is proud to announce the kickoff of 2009 with The Wave House Flow league. Our goal is to get more riders involved and have a full-time league where riders from all disciplines of the sport can ride and get taught from SA's Top Pro Riders. The riders will then move on to riding contests and accumulate points over the year.
Each month Wave House will be running a club contest with awesome prizes up for grabs. This is aimed at getting all the riders ready for competition and to have fun with each other and grow a rider base here at Wave House.
Points will accumulate during the club contests over the year and at the end of the year, Wave House will crown a NEW SA Flow Champ. We will have a prize giving ceremony and awards will be given to all divisions and various achievements over the course of the year.
The League fee is R150.00 per month and the League will run on Wednesday evenings from 6-8pm. If you are interested come in to Wave House and speak with Billy or you can call on: (031) 584 9400.
