Speed, projection, control that pretty much sums up the MS1 what more do you need?

The mesh has been taken out of the boards cause it ads extra wieght to the board as far as I am concern even though I also prevere the mesh but I sure Mike knows what he does

first i must say welcome to the school of SCIENCE. i do ride the MS1 and i love it. i can charge bigger waves and is not afraid of riding barrels that is bigger than i am use to. the mesh decision that mike did was because of the extra strength on the slick side. although it give the board more strength, when the board do get a bit a sunlight or heat it tends to bend towards the strongest side. this help the board to get reverse rockers. with most of the riders not caring for the boards, we had to many complains. if explained it to mommy she says " my johnny never leaves his board in the sun" and mommy's can be mean. mike decided to take out the mech and strengthen the stringer. so the board is still as strong as it should be, and lighter. have fun.

Thank you you two for the detailed explanation.

Just it would be great that was explained also at ms place. Yes, it a pity how lot of people care their bodyboards.....

I love the shape of the table! I hope to get a whole week of waves next week to use it for first time.

If you let me; just two more questions; I can imagine it, but I'd like it to know form you, what was the objetive behind the Delta tail (this kind of but tail), and if its my impresion or the slick has a little concavity?.
    Thanks again,

this board is all about speed and performance. the delta tail is a variation with straight lines between release points. it's fast and positive through turns yet still has the most of the looseness of a bat tail.
