Bayview contest--- need info

Sup bodyboarders in psyber pits, i need info on this bayview contest, 1st up where is the info on the contest, other than the boland site, who is surfing in this contest, where is the hype to generate media interest, is there a opening function, if so how do you get to go? How will spectators know whats going on... seeing as it is during the week. Please can somebody answer these questions..thank you.

still no reply, ok boland boys, with all due respect, after spending the weekend in hermanus and watching bayview break (small that it was, but it was breaking) and the whole set up i got really excited about this whole event, i see this as the opening we need to get South Africa on to the super tour calendar, but problem is there is zero marketing, zip, nadda, fokkal. Sure i read bakkes right up on the boland site, but still its not getting global coverage, shit speak to me, i work for wavescape, see if something can be sorted out, there is no banner on 60/40 either, no website, the red bull has just started their media campaign, it works, guess what, it makes money for them at the end of the day. Come on guys, sort it out, make this our super tour event, it can happen and is core enough to be represtitive of the power of south african waves and bodyboarding. There isnt even a month left, whats up? I am stoked about the idea, lets get eveyone stoked onthe idea and make it happen, shit imaging a 30min well editied slot on mnet or sabc sport, just like the red bull gets...now that would bring money back into the sport.
