    Howzit All

    Just need to share this with everyone, it has been awhile since the
    story unfolded and I always seem to forget to pass on my thanx for
    some serious customer service, must be the overexposure to salt water
    I have been getting during this awesome summer!

    About 2 months ago I placed an order for a board on the Factory 7 website, the overall shopping experience was awesome, correct pricing, options of COD and no hidden costs. Derek was prompt in replying with delivery advice and there was not one moment when I felt like I was outta the loop.

    To my amazement the board arrived within two days of been ordered, Friday afternoon I picked the board up from the Post office and charged back home all amped for my Saturday Dawnie with the new board!!!

    But shock horror as I opened the box I found a really small looking Grey board staring back at me.... I ordered red? What the hec... well I suppose I could live with a grey board instead of red and then hmmm this board looks a little small damn a 38" umm this was not going to work out for me
    42" was bordering. So on the cell all fumed up totally hacked off I get hold of Derek (After Hours the phone is still answered 5 stars for that)
    Derek also puzzled as to how this could have happened advises me that he will have this sorted out in a flash.

    The total lack of customer service in most companies in South Africa led me to assume that this was a long road ahead which will be filled with harsh arguments and threats passed over the phone for days on end trying to sort it out.

    It was Totally the opposite to what I had expected, Derek drove up the coast and personally delivered the board to me that Sunday evening which with the mix up was still within the 5 day delivery period.

    Major thanks to Derek for extreme customer service it is awesome to have someone in the industry who is serious about his business and totally understands the needs of his customers!!!

    Buy from Factory 7 you can't go wrong :)...

    I agree; Factory 7 has some of the best customer service in the country, not just in the Bodyboarding industry. I ordered a board, picked it up 2 days later and to my surprise the guys chucked in a sweet leash with it. :D That the kind service that makes people come back for more! Their prices are good and you know that they’re pushing back into the sport, so you’ll be killing even more than two birds with one stone…Not that I'm promoting animal cruelty or anything :lol:

    SO SUPPORT FACTORY 7, you won’t regret it!

    this is only two of many same kind of stories that i have heard about derek and his company. it great to be in a small way be part of this company. thanks for hard work and great attitude.

    I agree 100% with everyone!

    Derek gave me outstanding service when I bought my Skipp about 2 months back! Also very prompt when liaising through email

    Go Factory7 you wont be sorry!
