    Whakkine all,

I've been out of the sport for a while(don't know what i was thinking)
and i'm keen to get back in the water, the thing is i've been involved in powerlifting for the last couple of years and have gained a lot of weight,
i weigh around 90kg's and am looking to for a board to float my fat ass,
    i was thinking of getting a 42".
I started when i was like 13 and started fading when i was about 20, im 23 now so i'm not a ballie yet.
Any advice on a board and general advice would be cool.

    Shot ou's!

Ahoy, I weight 93, and have tried all of the following: BZ Hubb 43", BZ Hubb 42", Science MS 1 42", MS1 43", MS7 42.25, MS3 42", MS3 43" and what I can tell you is that The Science MS-1 43" was the best board by far... second would be the MS-3 43"... don't even think about the 42"... I tried so hard not to ride a 43" but to stay on a 42" but after heaps of comparing you will ride so much better on a bigger board that will keep its speed when you are bottom turning to hit the lip. On powerfull waves the smaller board tube rides really well, but just doesn't carry the speed through nearly as well as a bigger board to smack the lip. e-mail Derek at factory7 and he will do you a deal on a board - [email protected]
or if you are in ct and want to try some different boards... (got all the science boards above) give me a call on 083 313 6106
