That first shot...Brendan Newton dropping into that Keg...In the latest riptide they got an article on "the Road" trip and that spot is like 20 km out to sea.
He eats it so ridiculously hard on that wave and ends up needing 62 stitches to the face!!! fark u must read the article, it's nuts!

There HAS to be something seriously wrong with you to actually WANT ride waves like that........thats just not right.......Death is a SEVERE consequence......62 stitches to the face....DAMN, a persons' face is only so big.....thats a lot of stitches.......

The stitches were in his face and arm, it was a 2hr boat ride then a 4hr drive to get him to hosp. He was back in the water 2weeks later apparently, CRAZY CRAZY MAN!
