Plett got completely destroyed as well. A third of lookout beach is gone! Wedge will be quite unfriendly for a while due to debris consisting of trees and branches scattered on the beach and in the water. Prob the worst flood i have seen in Plett. These are pics of the wedge and of lookout beach.

We were staying in a place overlooking Lookout Beach during the Contest, crazy to see those pics and how the beach is gone!
All the flooding and swell pounding everywhere else and Durbs stays nice and cool and Flat???
