    Hey Guys n girls,

For those of you who were in plett and saw the DVD "lines of Fire" you were part of a flippin lucky group of people!!
From my side I personally think that the DVD was definately one of the best, exciting bodyboarding DVD's South Africa has ever seen!!
I would just like to get your views of the DVD?? Answer these couple of questons which you thought in the DVD was the sickest!!

-Best Barrel? I personally think it is between Dave Hubbard at Pipe and Spex's barrel at *****
-Knarliest Wipeout? Probably between Dwala at Kalk bay and Nathan Wood at Herolds.
-Best/sickest invert? Johnny Maritz or Mitch at Llandudno
-Best air forward? Ian thurtell at Kalk bay or Johan de Goede
-Sweetest air reverse? Sacha Specker at Llandudno
    -Best edited section? .................
-Sickest overall Move and Rider? Leave that up to you!!
    -Best section? all the sections....duh!!
-And just the overall impretion that you got out of the DVD? 1000000/10!!

The above answers are just a few of my thoughts, but add your own views and lets make this interesting.......like a debate!!

I Hope you all enjoyed the DVD, because the amount of hours, months, days and even years Peter etc...has put into this DVD is amazing!

    I wanna hear your views!!!!!!
    Shweeeeet!

    Dane

Ok Lines of Fire is Sick!!! No doubt about it! Peter you the man bro and well done to all the guys who made it possible (esspecially Peter, Ian and Janet)

    Ok
Best Barrel- Definatly Ian Kruger at Hoek during Trial 4 of Wp
Wipe out- Dwala takes the cake
Sickest invert- Spex's invert at the world games trial near the end of his section
    Air forward- Ian at Kbay
Air reverse- Hankus Loubser travel section
Best edited section- Wavehouse....... Just kidding. Crack Section (but you have to find it first) and Everyone section

:D I was privileged enough to be at the premier, Peter did a GREAT job, it's been a long road for him and congrats for the epic DVD!
Obviously there was mainly CT footage but Peter still managed to mix it up even though he was only up in Dbn for about a week.
Big thanks to Janet, Peter and Ferret(even though you bailed on PLett, Hahaha) and everyone else who helped including all the sponsors!
    See ya!

Recieved the DVD from the Post Office this morning, and just finished watching it now.

Man Peter, I want to congratulate you on the awesome job you did with the DVD. It's a good thing its only an hour long, I don't know how much I'd be able to take after that!

My only grudge was that the music in the first 2 sections (I think) was pretty similar, but I digged Ian Thurtell's section and the DK section, nice one on mixing Dido and Beasty boys with bodyboarding!

On a side note, Johnny Maritz is a FREAK and should lay off the helium! That guy spends more time in the air than he does in the water! Respect!

    Ok my turn:

Best Barrel - Gavin Botha DK at Heralds
Wipe out - That oke who falls over Marc Jucker on that massive wedge.
Sickest invert - Ian Thurtell at the Hoek
    Air forward - Derek Footit
    Air reverse - Specker
Best edited section - I loved the Wipe outs, but the DK section was good aswell
Best move and rider - Johnny Maritz the air freak
Best section - Too hard to chose

    Well thats my 2 cents.

    Air reverse - Da Hank
Best edited section - To hard

OK - got hold of the "professors" at Lines of Fire and they assure me that the muppets at yahoo were at fault for issuing them a .com address when they applied for a .co.uk account ... all sorted, so you guys can get your entries in now if you're after a cool little bit of LOF merchandise.

And if you want to email them and tell them what a sick job they've done - here's their email: [email protected]

haha... glad to see that people at lest know that they exist...
I am not going to make it too easy, but hopefully some clever person will figure it out and post the answers... basically there is one section that is easy to get to, and one that is very hard...

    1. There is a short hidden move located by the Random Projects extra (hard to get to)

    2. There is a hidden menu with about 5 extra's located in the second chapters menu (easy to find)

the biggest clue I can give you for both is that if nothing is selected then you are on the right track.

this also might come in handy in the right context.

Rt, Rt, Lt, Up, Select. hahahaha bwa haha! (evil mad scientist laugh)

happy hunting, and thanks for supporting this DVD!!!!! Look out for Lines Of Fire's second project in 2008

    ciao!

grrrr I dont even have a dvd player, have to play the dvd on my laptop and no matter how many hours I spend trying to figure this out I just cant, so I am giving up for a while, will return in a few days time to see if I can get to the hidden sections, either that or I will head on down to Argos and pick myself up an cheap dvd player to test out this theory.

I am now a Dido fan, cheers for that Peter, my mates think I am some sort of big blouse everytime she sings Sand in My Shoes.
