Okay ounes listen here, straight ekse……..
The other day I go for a mission to koel baai, kogel bay, caves what ever… a wave … about 3-4 foot nothing fantastic, but hey good right wedges, so whatever dwaala nooit bra ekse awaaaaaaaaaaaiiiiiiiiii… straight bru…okay okay dwaala whats your point.
so I would just like to commend the local troop of bobajane which think locals must be aggressive and catch every wave that comes through even though your aim is to zoom down the face and continue to zoom the whole &%$&ing wave until you arrive at the section where you do some flamboyant attack on the lip and are projected at most 2 cm above the wave where somehow you manage to twist your body in a vertical motion and then in a horizontal one, convulsing the entire way through, where your flop is completed by a water JOCK hoot to the entire Boland region and a subconscious comment would go along the lines of: IS JA, EK IS DIE VOKING KEREL, VAN STAAL, OU MAAT, MOENIE MET MY VOK NIE……. Okay what you going on about dwaala…. okay just that body boarding is turning into a %$#@ dog show, if surfers from Lands aren’t bad enough, now our own are adopting the past Apartheid hierarchy where the most powerful is king, body boarding is becoming the new black, don’t take offence, okay ja anyway. EK sal Jou voking bluksem as jy my brander vat better watch it bru straight one way china, Ek sal jou lights af switch
    okay
you making boadyboarding look like a shit pastime, and its not, its underground and will always remain so who you trying to impress the world aint watching buddy, its belly boarding, NO rockstar here…..
you making yourselves look like somekind of colonial dictator with a carrot…… okay dwaala, you okay freaking, skitso.

Localism is about preservation and access control in a positive sense no VOLKS regime here brothers. okay this is bit of a joke but there is some reality behind it, so don’t take offense and if you do well, Hi my names dwaala, and aren’t you sad sight getting all huffy and puffy in your chair, anway in the past Koel baai has produced some the best body boarders who held style and there local break as top priority………….JUST a thought, whatever dwaala whatever……….. and another question before the THC runs out, is all exposure good exposure, I mean if its your livehood then maybe but it our love……….and you mad it look like poooooo
Freedom of speech that’s all enjoy the weekend and I hope you all get barrelled and …………….happy birthday Mr harrison HO$H

I had the same problem at outer kom...........the dudes called their conections with sticks and poles and nearly tried to beat my mate and me up. ya locals can have it the way they want it but welcome other people to your local breaks and just be happy our breaks aren't that crowded, after all u could be living in australia or hawaii where you only get 1 wave in like 3 hours.
Well anyway all the oaks must just chill and be happy we do such an amazing sport.
After all it is the best sport in the WHOLE world.................
    Awe praat soon,

It's a tough one.......I hate the aggro vibe in the water, but with breaks as over-crowded as Lands, Caves, 3rde Steen, Kom, Long Beach ect ect ect ect..........there's always gonna be that crappy, vibe.......but the visitors should know they can't just paddle out anywhere they like and take over, cause that sux.......but there's always gonna be the wanna-be's, donkeys, kooks, tourists and summer-surfers who don't know any better or just don't care.......It's a tough call cause where do you draw the line? What is "acceptable" localism and whats not? Are we forced to just surf the dawny or the late arvo and leave the rest of the day to the monkeys even though you have surfed there for 20years?......but when it's really good you have no choice but go out, do you then just let the visitors take all the waves and leave you with the scraps and left-overs? Hell no!......But anyways, who knows the answer......I say lets just let our surfing do the talking....judging from the level of riding I have seen of late, like the CRGP....... that should be no problem!!!!

Ja bra. Ekse, almal moos equal, straight china……except for the %$#@ing fact that u ouens missed my point its not about localism but more the fact the level of the riders who enforce the local protocol, if the guys constantly paddling on the inside is built like Os du Rant who gives a %$#% how he rides or thats the mentality I did come across when a duk mission wes-kes, bra So its not about ability its about krag bra, so much so that Ive got a 200 pound no-ability on my inside and his intensions are VOK OFF of ek gaan jou moer. And well the colonial past comes flooding back, massacres all round and Ja super size Johannes and his dop-system in failing and the bra who busting air forwards hotter than a ranga’s crotch is left to pick up foamy insiders and the sport of bodyboarding is left to survive on free labour and cheap alcohol, well if its crackaling then my large beef maker we have an agreement just sit their and drink you crack while the sport of bellyboarding becomes this sport either you huge or you battle goliath on the beach and get the smack down, well if your cracks half empty at least you got something to look forward to, its like leaving a fart under a blanket and going for a piss , only to be greeted on your return with the sweet smell of personal gratification, breath in and hold, beacuse when the bra punches your not going to be able to smell for a while if you read this then sorry for the time wasting but hey at least the 200 pound hero on the beach is facing some resistance, VOK die Volks for messing up our country and Ja I’m proud to be a bodyboader because been blacks cool, HO$h JA

Plain down, the bigger the flapper the more of a local he considers himself. I don't consider myself a local at almost any of the spots I surf frequently but there's always some kook who inside paddles and can't stand up till he's in the flats whom you've never seen there before who wants to cause some shit and laugh about it to his longboarder buddies...

The worst is locals who'll give you shit when you get out or even when you're going in when they're not even surfing, there's no one on the wave but you shouldn't go enjoy it cos it's not yours it's theirs. Thats always the most intelligent one...

Ladies & Gentlemen it's the way of the world.....sadly.....we see it everywhere......its a "stuff you" attitude......millions of innocents die in Africa and around the world and no-one, but a handful, actually gives a rats ar*e......when you drive your car, watch TV, go to the movies, go shopping....whatever.....we're bieng brain-washed to lie, cheat and steal......if someone can rip you off and get away with it well they're just a good bussiness-man.....it's NOT right but same as surfing bro's....if some ultimate fighting clone-monkey, on steriods paddles out he'll get any wave he wants......I paddle out at my local and the big, ratty old stand-ups huddle together like an angry mob snaking everyone, ripping everyone off, what can you do......I go find another spot........whats the point.......the point is, we live in a big bad-ass world that has belived the ultimate lie......."Evolutions ,survival of the fittest" which says the little guy can't play with the big boys, he should rather stay at home and warp his mind with PS2's ultra graphic 3-D games and the maggot infested world of blatant abuse and exploitation, thats the dark side of the internet, till the neighbors pets start dissappearing and he goes to school with a gun.......I hate the system with a passion.....but in a fallen world.......an angry mob rules......a steroid-head can get waves even if he can't friggin surf.......and the Western world has enough money and liberty to have an obesity epidemic, while millions suffer and die of starvation......

"Be IN the world, but not OF the world"......be unique, never just be another clone........

i prefer to see the world as a kiff place with some badasses in control [*coug*bush*cough*] but i dont know why you complainin about caves, it's one of those places that you always get waves even if the whole western cape is out, and yes there are a few guys who always do the inside job thing there but most of them have surfed there aloooong time, and if it bothers you why not tell the dog to please stop snakeing you...

ja ja wa wa I ve been surfing here for fifteen years bra, or ja my daddy discoverd this spot then why you so kuk, he. no only fueling the flames that dont need no fuel to burn.......Um have you tried telling some ou that his paddaling on your inside irritates you but the problem is not so much the snaking , its the fact that when he gets the wave he not once or twice but constantly thinks the ZOOM is the desired effect, ja so his having fun but hey he still sucks......... whatever over the discussion and enjoy you weekend
dwaala, the native in all of this
lucky lands when it does get above 4 feet seems to be free of the *&^%$#@$#$%$%^%$*^%*$....ers
