My new board...

I was thinking about getting a new board in the near future, but there a few things Im quite confused about...

My Custom Rossi is sick, but the tail is becoming a bit water-logged and its losing spoed...

    So here it goes:

Does bat-tail really not hold as nicely in the barrel as crecent? (Logic say so)

Are bat-tails really that much faster?

Whats the smallest nose you guys know that will suit prone? (right now my nose is pretty darn small, Im wondering if it has a negative effect...)

Which brand would you guys recommend? Science is looking pretty hot right now, BZ is quite slick aswell...

    ANY advice would rock!

    Watzup Jack,

I just got a new ELEMENOHPEE Mcfly comp 42' and my old board was a Morey Mez 42' and before that a BZ hubb graphic 41.5'. to be very honest I thought that out of the three, the 'E' is the best- it has a bat tail and for me it is faster and I can spin easier on it. The cresent tail on the morey was slow (for me) and didn't ride barrels that well. If I was you I would go for 'E' as it has thicker rails and sick features. the nose to me doenst really make a difference but if you go to a surfshop e.g. Sport 'n Surf in town-the dude at the bodyboard section will pick you out with a board perfect for you physical features.
