hey..

first bit of news was preety frantic,the silly fool missed his connectin flight in europe and therefore arrived a day late,now heres the twist..

brandon obviously arrived at the airport to find no daniel,little did he know that he would only get there the next day..so dan sat at the airport for a while before he phones home to get my sorry ass onto the web to get brandons hawaiin addy..

i was at work so his just chucked to the cafe to hook it up..great start to his proffesional debut..

662mob appears to have the latest news on the event.

They have a number of the heats up but some are missing so I couldn't tell where Daniel Worsley placed overall.

Both Vijay Maharaj and Daniel Worsley made it through to Round 3 (Round of 48 ) where it appears both were knocked out. Vijay's heat (#2) is up but Daniel's is not. However, he did not progress through to Round 4 where all heats have been posted - so I can only assume he got knocked out in his Round 3 heat.

He may as well just post it on the forum himself then ... so ask him to please do so. Otherwise you can post his emails on the forum yourself too. Just if its emails to mates then some of it may be meant for mates only and not everyone - so aslong as you reckon Dan will be cool with it.

If he feels like putting in a bit more effort and putting some words together with some shots then tune him to then get hold of me.

I won't be back for a while. It was so hard to get enough cash to get out that if i come back, i'll never be financially able to leave again. With no sponsors helping me out and no parents to fall back on, it gets rough sometimes, but i'm determined to go far..........VJ

HB international tells me i'm on a S.African domestic contract and must go through HB SA. Unfortunately, Deon Bosman doesn't even have the decency to reply to my e-mails. I'm gonna make HB Int aware of this and see if they will sign me. I have to work so damn hard to make my travels happen.

Yeah 662mob is posting all the results for the contests and dont know why IBA arent all over it?! But oh well keep checking it out and hopefully the contest should kick off soon!

Surfs been pretty consistent this year on the North Shore with some solid beatings being delivered..seen Dan and Donavan from CT recieve a few good ones whilst getting used to the breaks but all is good. Theres a good handful of SA guys representing this year on the NorthShore and the Second Nature house is crawling full of us at the moment! So if anyone is around pop in and say howzit! We are next too Foodland or down at the beach somewhere...(G.Cockwell, Ryan, W.Harrison have left the NorthShore and headed back home)

Theres also the RockStar Pipe games signing at the T&C at Ala Manoa shopping centre this Sunday, so if youre around get down there and get some autographs and a good chat with the Pros! Also loads of freebies from the shop!! Boards, fins etc!!! So dont miss out!

Alright, hope SA is getting some swell and keep busting guys! Any pictures that i can release of the SA guys busting i will...you've already seen a few of Wade Harrison, Ivan Friedman and Mark Clark charging it up! And will be more to come...
