Spin thing !

How do you do that "spin thing" ... I think it's called a 'spinner' without putting you arm in the water ?

I see it in the movies (NO !!! ... not Lord of the Rings) but can't do it without sticking my arm in the water ?

Please help !

try them first in the foam going straight, lift your fins out of the water and throw your head in the direction you want to spin, keep your eyes locked on your fins and once you can do this easily try doing them on the face of the wave, one tip- don't do handdrags, it's very embarrasing

But thanks for the advice Mike, I'll give it a go co's I'm keen to start hitting the competition scene soon.
