Logic.Are the rumours true?

    Howzit chaps
    The other day I heard some rumours that Logic are closing down. I was so bummed dudes. I thought our industry was going up but if these rumours are true then obviously not. But in the end as long as i can go down to the beach with my sponge and a couple mates at a spot where its too heavy for surfers to ride and get barrelled, I'll be stoked.

    bro i have heard nothing of the sort, but it wouldnt surprise me if they did:(
    they where complaining about adverts etc and thats the main source of income for the mag to be produced me thinks. Sad but what you had to say is the stoke that leads us on!!

    I WILL ASK SOMEONE FROM THE MAG,BUT AS FAR AS I KNOW THEY ARENT GOIN ANYWHERE SOON.

    SO JUST SIT TIGHT AND CONTINUE TO SUPPORT THEM AND BODYBOARDIN,DONT BUY ONE COPY,BUY TWO.DO YOU WANT A MAG OR NOT.......

    Rumours, rumours, rumours, I wish someone would have told me about that. Yes logic is struggling with advertising, but we are not going anywhere. We can not stress enough that all boogers out there must support companies that are supporting them, Look at who is been sponsored, who is sponsoring comps and who is advertising, these are the guys you should be supporting, every time you buy a label that does not support bodyboarding you are just making them stronger.
    Special thanks to all the guys supporting the mag, REEF, SCIENCE, CUSTOMX, BZ, MOREY, HB, FRESH, OCEAN EYEWEAR, SPORT N SURF, LMNOP, SANUK, ROSSI, HYDRO, POD, REDLEY, NF, ARNETTE. Hope I have not left any out.
    These are the guys supporting SA Bodyboarding, so support them first.

    Thanks for clearing that up!

    The fact that rumours like this are in anyway believable just highlights the fact that LOGIC does need as much support as we can give as a community - make sure you buy each and every issue - if you're not already subscribed - and make sure your mates are buying it. If your surf shop does not stock it then ask them to start stocking it.

    And above all - as mentioned above - support those companies that are advertising in LOGIC. If a company's target marget is bodyboarders then the very first bit of support that they should be putting back into the sport is advertising in the sport's magazines. A thriving magazine would go a long way towards our sport being one day able to support professional athletes and photographers.

    If you support those companies above rather than those who are not supporting our magazine then when enough of us are doing this a dent in sales will make any company sit up and take notice.
