thx olaf - are you using the same link?

I went through the IBA site which sent me to the link you posted but it didn't work. But if I click directly on your link it did. Sound only comes through one ear though, but I won't complain about that. They are having problems with scoring though so thats not up. Do you know where I can find the heat sheets?

I had it for a while but now nothing again. No mate, i don;t know where the heat sheets are - it says under the beta tv window that 'results are not available', so mebbe they aren;t running them.
Zero action on IBA twitter :( (no surprise there i have to say)

Well, If it makes any difference, the waves are maybe 2 foot, the non seeds are surfing and the music is a mix of Kylie Minogue and what sounds like Destiny's Child on speed. Beats working though.

hah - yer, well it is 10.41 at night here, so all good for not working at the mo.
Olaf they just flashed the scores on the screen. That must be how they are doing it. Only 2 scores so far in the sub 3 range. The commentator just said 'the waves are getting lower' - uh oh...

wish iba would adopt and use the rss feed system Kelly and co. had for saffa nationals - sickest event coverage in that sense i have ever seen. Props.

    Hey billy T,
saw your facebook question on there about which heat is on, that would be heat 28 going off the draw sheet mate. The conditions are so small and inconsistent, i can't see them keeping it running to Adam's heat 37 - but who knows, has happened before.

For sure! We suffer the same when the comps are in Aus or the Americas ... many a late night following the Pipe contests. Think of it as torture training ...
