hey. im guessing derek is lank busy with sa's at the mo?? i mailed him on monday and still havnt had a reply. is there maybe another f7 rep that could help out while he is out?? im understanding as i know he is lank involved but a first timer would see this as poor service??

shot. ive only ever sent mail to derek@... cause ive alway had good service from him. so never checked contacts page

I had an issue with my subsricption so i emailed the factory7@ adress and within the hour I got a response from willem and a few days later I had my mag, really excellent quick service. when i bought my board a few months back i was also very impressed with the service and speed at which i received it. Keep up the great work guys.
