hello fellow spongers!! i just got back from 5 days in Newquay.
monday early morn (6:30am) i scored 4-6 foot fistral with like 5 other stand-ups out. mon afternoon was smaller and crowded to the max!!
tues was onshore and crap.
wed and thurs was 2-3 foot.had some good fun but it got really crowded. thurs morning prob got to about 4 foot but tended to close out.
fri was my last day there so i was out at 6am(still dark till about 7am). fistral was lank crap but the bay had clean 3 footers. tended to close out but was good to get wet!
all in all, i had a jol. the water was freezing- i wore a 4/3 and froze my nuts off!!!
if anyone can tell me how to load pics to a thread ill try post a few pic my gal took. shes no pro but it would give you owes a idea of what it was like...
to all the owes who said i should consider coming over to the uk instead of chasing a career at my age (22),
SHOT!!! you owes were right, im having a joll, scoring waves and can hopefully get that good job when i get back. morocco or canaries is my next mission
