dude, get a car, some petrol and start by the harbour wall... big parking lot by super tubes as you enter pe from el side, if you not happy with what you see cruise along the beach front- all the spots/waves can be seen from the road basically. 4 pillows opposite happy valley was fun when i was there last year, new pier- by the pier, the harbour wall is the fence (i think), theres a point that can be seen from the pier(longboarders wave) round the corner along the beach is a pipe and hence the name... just drive along the beach front and youll see a wave if there is one. pe can be fun but ive always known it to be pretty flat...
