  Did anyone score this weekend or today? Got any pics or something epic you witnessed etc?
  
  All i can say is only photographer at kalkbay this morning and was stupid how solid it was...keep the eyes peeled for pics coming sooooon

  OOOOOo my! that is beyond solid! i didnt know that place can get so big!!! Im not surprised tho.. in the past two days iv seen some waves break that i never even knew existed!scored some fun false bay shoreys yesterday and more today. Exams SUCK! thats all i can say!

  ahh yes that was sick on Sunday... was taking some snaps and hit a quick paddle!! word passed to me was about 8 - 12 ft range solid and going off this morning / today... sadly stuck in the arfice...i mean office
  
  however did get kalkbay this morning with the surge of a life time and no one was around strangely...swells dropping today but still solid which is sick

  ok cool... ja got crowded all of the sudden as when was there was about 4 guys out only which soon turned into 10 then 20 plus....

  I was there this morning. It was the biggest surf I've ever been out in - which is not saying a hell of a lot, maybe, but all the same it was above 8 foot.
  
  I got 1 wave; very stoked. It would have been so much better if the wind wasn't so strong. Looks like Sunday was better to me!

  The swell has hit EL today! got a few shots, will post them later! the swell is pounding on the coast, not exactly clean, and some places are just un surfable... theres waves breaking where they have never broken before! its madness... hundreds of people on the beach front looking at the waves smashing onto the roads. biggest swell i have ever seen in my short life.

  Dam today was way beter than sunday. Cleaner swells and more South direction for false bay. The roads have been breaking away here in Strand and Gordons. Shit. I hope that swell comes again this year, I found a slab that must be surfed but i didnt have time, Never seen it work before and it was like 25 meters from the road! SICK

  well im not at home at the mo but after reading this http://www.dispatch.co.za/article.aspx?id=244160 and knowing the area and how high the tide has to be to break in some of those parking lots- its facking huge!! there is also pics and a video on the dailydispatch site if you check em out to.
  
  there was a storm here (brighton) on sunday and we've had plenty of rain since, but no swell like that unfortunately

  those ct pics are of black rocks and buffels in the reserve...
  
  kalk bay yesterday was basically unridable until the high tide, and although there were some smokers there were plenty of closeouts. props to the boogers who were out. got a video if some dude getting chowed on takeoff and losing his board. epic. oh and you also couldn't miss the bunch of arrogant cock surfers hanging around the parking lot.
  
  i recon the biggest suprise was fish hoek. surfed it on the incoming tide and was sick, although as soon as 4 or 5 of us were out it turned into a circus with about 20 - 30 people out. but wedging and throwing out some mad barrels. specker was out getting some water shots.

  woohoo!! i scored 1foot onshore mush here in brighton by the hotpipes!!! while you ous are talking about 8 foot plus! are life.... its special.
