Factory7 Problem

Placed an order weeks ago for a pair of fins.
Made a deposit for the item about 4 days ago, and my status of: pending payment stayed the same, I made a query using the contact us page 3 days ago. still havent heard anything. So now I'm on here hoping someone from F7 will see this.

Please can someone help out

I placed an order more than a week ago (16/08/08) and my status of order also still says pending.
I sent Derek an email last week (20/08/08) and still no reply...

oh noes this isnt good news, i ordered a board friday to use for a comp this comming sunday...

ja had same problem with my order, just got email from Derek(i'm sure u ous got it too), explaining the delay. orders have all been sent today, so its on its way
