hi guys dont mean to be negative here or anything as in the past i have not had any problems regarding F 7...... But
Bout two weeks ago i placed an order for Pull the Plug 2 and a Nomad T.... i still havnt recieved the stuff... i tried sending
Derek a message over factory 7 and hav got no reply.... just wondering if anyone can help me out....
I dont mean for this to be like negative feedback for F 7 as they are doing an exelent job for the development of our sport in the country and in the past hav had exelent service from them.
I'm sure there's a solid reason for this slip-up, don't stress, Derek's most probably on it already!

i have never had any problems with f7.
a couple months ago i ordered nomad stubbie holders and a pair of churchills.i picked up my package opened it up and found a sick new nomad t-shirt derek had sent me because they didnt have anymore stubbie holders in stock.thats freakin brilliant customer service man!!!
i will always be buying my gear from them.

Well, James we thank you for the criticism and do feel that you weren't trying to do us harm. Remembering that constructive criticism always helps the betterment of any company. We will take steps in future to ensure that there is better communication between any failed email, which was the unfortunate instance here.
