Thanks ... and we're on the case with something a bit more updated ... apologies for the bush mechanic design work --- if it does look like your little brother tried to give graphic design work a bit of a go then that is me and must not reflect on the guys who put the magazine together.

Agreed, the new forum is sweet. Even the rest of the site is simple and easy to read, so the design works well.
My only question is that I used to religiously use the link in the old forum that said 'posts since last visit' or something like that, which I don't see in the new forum style. Unless it is the same as clicking on the 'new posts' link in the current style??

Thanks Jmo --- had to have a little look for that one (and then realised I was logged out as I had been doing some testing --- over the years I've had to customise a few things on the forum to integrate with the site but have learnt to try keep it to a minimum as upgrades are a nightmare ... needless to say, still a few bugs.)

Anyway - very useful and yes, slightly renamed as "View new posts". At the top of the index you will see the following 3 options:

View unanswered posts • View new posts • View active topics

Something not really related to the forum, but which could be useful would be if riders could 'tag' themselves in photo's and for a confirmation request to be sent to the photographer..would save kelly a lot of time updating rider names when people identify themselves via comments.
