Don't know the exact release date, but i was told that it should be out in the first week of December.

Gareth has it spot on, we are aiming at the first week of December, our printers have warned us that this is a crazy time of the year but we have worked in a bit of extra time for that.
Will update with an exact shelf date as soon as possible,
