Yellow are firmer yet allow you to kick faster, ideal for larger waves.. Orange maybe be slower, but they don't tear chunks out of your feet!!

ive had mine for six months(the yellow dots). they gave me cramps in the beginning. but thats cause they much more powerful than churchhill makapu. they were also great fins.

simple differences, ones made of soft material - red dots, and the other harder - yellow dots..

yellow - better for quick hard fast propelling yourself and also lots of swimming but need to get used to them first or can sometime cause cramping with lots of paddling as need fit legs ;)

red - well softer and more easier to paddle and kinder to the feet sometimes. just a preference really

they are both fast powerful fins. if im shooting water somewhere with strong rips and lots of swimming i normally use my red dots to not get cramps and last longer... and normal bodyboard sessions i use my yellow dots and red as back up. Otherwise they are both great fins!!

im lank water fit and my feet got cramps.its just because they powerful.i surfed alot of half hour sessions and slowly stayed in longer and longer. now i can surf two or hours and dont get cramp. basically its fitness and strength of muscles that have not been used.
