Lambi, Spike, Spy & Lea getting buzzed on the new book
After much revelry and hanging out with the broadest spectrum of wave riders you could imagine at the Brass Bell, my crispy, brand spanking new copy of Spike's book 'Surfing South Africa' is being ravished by eager friends.

Spike, the man behind Wavescape.co.za has released the second edition of his book which is a huge step up from the initial version. Now bigger, brighter and better, we can be stoked to have some shots of bodyboarders courtesy of SpyDude and dcMike and even Sixty40 mag is represented. The book is super informative, from history to surf spots, from surf slang to weather patterns and how to predict surf, it's 280 pages are crammed to the brim and nobody's surf bag is complete without it!

If you're looking to brush up your wave prediction skills, score a kief prezzie for christmas or want to plan a surf mission along the coast, this is the bomb ...
