Finals day dawned with clean 2-3ft waves at Famous Last Words. Everyone on the beach was excited for the line up of finals to come.

Boys were in next and Alex Nutt completely dominated with big rolls, and 2 massive inverts. John-Barry Coleman tryed hard to fight back but could only manage a 2nd place, while Louis Henkel got injured on a roll and had to sit out most of the heat, ending up in 3rd place.

Then Grand Masters went out and what a show it was, Len Bradford getting an incredible barrel, coming out with a claim for the crowd who was going wild. He took the win with Riaan Du Preez in 2nd, Mike van Huyssteen 3rd, Marcel Habets 4th and Leon Nel 5th.

The display of riding from the girls was possible the best seen in any contest in South Africa. Pamela Bowren went all out with huge rolls and a massive invert that she just didn't land. Ethan did 2 impressive inverts and Brode got some large rolls. The final result was 1st Tristan Roberts, 2nd Benjy Oliver, 3rd Ethan Nel and 4th Brode Gleeson.

Lastly the man on man Pro final went out with Iain Campbell and Tristan Roberts. Tristan got a smooth backflip and roll to start the out the heat. Iain came back with a big backflip on a left, then Tristan with a huge backflip on a the next wave. Iain did 2 clean air reverse, just not landing the one, as well as a nice barrel to roll. Tristan then came with a barrel to air reverse on the right, and another big clean invert. The crowd were going crazy on the beach and this one definitely a high flying competition between the countries 2 best riders.
