Kumba Iron Ore has pushed up the total prize money to bring a 5A rated SABA event back to the circuit, making this event one of, if not the biggest event on the annual circuit. The West Coast Classic premier pro division carries a R16 000 prize purse. The 2011 West Coast Classic Champion will walk away with R6000 in cash. All other divisions will also get cash prize money. REEF South Africa sponsored prizes worth R20 000 to go with the cash prizes.
