when riding a wave do a sort of a cutback. basically turn as if you are going to rid the wave straight to the beach, lean towards the front of your board, centering your weight towards the front of your boards, then throw your hip up and out. remember to keep looking in the direction you want to rotate. the first time i completed one i literally took the whole wave to get around. i just kept my weight centered so i didnt catch a rail and i kept looking over my shoulder which kept my momentum so i could get around. now i throw them on a penny. you need speed!!! try learning on flatter waves and throw them on shoulders.

    practice practice practice.

    good luck
