Well we come to you today on a real sad note, our good friend and videographer Paul Jennar passed away last night after being hit by a car on his bicycle. Thanks to all who were praying for him last night and please keep praying for his family and friends. The whole North Shore was put in shock last night as we lost a friend that lightened the lineup and was a true asset to the bodyboarding world. We will all miss his smile in the line up and around the world. Paul is from the Central Coast of Australia and has been on trips including South Africa and Hawaii where he has touched many peoples live and I am so sorry to have to be the bearer of this bad new to those who do not know yet.

MY FRIEND PAUL:

What can I say about my mate Paul Jennar,
He is that kind of a mate that will make you laugh by just looking at him
You my boy Paul,
He is the kinda mate that is hardly ever mad
Always trying to make you laugh and put a smile on your face.
He loved filming bodyboarding and if you were ever in the water with him you
would know from his hoots and holas that would always make me smile.
His love of music and hours spent copying my midi discs
To the hours he spent persistently logging photo age
His love for huge shore break and huger barrels
To his crazy comments and sense of humor.
My mate Paul...
My mate Paul is dead and I will never forget him and I hope we all are left
with his smile and laugh as a reminder of how wonderful and fragile life is.
WE WILL ALL MISS OUR MATE PAUL

Well it seems mundane to mention that the last day of the T-Mobile/Rockstar Pipeline WQT was held in kuk 3-5ft onshore waves. Outta the crew Ian Metcalf was knocked out in the 3rd Round placing 17th, Hankus Loubser was knocked in the Quarter finals placing 13th, , Alistair Taylor made it to the Quarter Finals and placed 9th and Sasha Specker made it to the Semi Finals placing 7th.

Well sorry that the update is not complete but I am not in the mood to be doing this so please bear with the boys.

CHEERS
GOD BLESS
