Well been over in Maui for the IBA contest. Waves were soooooo much fun, people were friendly and God blessed us all with good times. Big props to the boys putting the contest together.
Results wise Kepa Cruise won Pro and Leroy won Pro Dropknee. The Maui bodyboarders rip especially the DKER's they really know how to tear it up. I was wondering why, then one day Jimmy Hutaff took me to a spot where he said it was good for skimming, I was like what you going to a spot just to go skimming for. Now I know why the boys rip, they skim whenever its flat and they do the hugest DK backflips and snaps and everything you could imagine prone.
Well all in all I had a great time and God blessed us big time thanks to the Maui boys for good times and waves and big props to the Hutaff family for letting me sleep over. Back on Oahu the boys in the Keiki Ghetto have been charging huge Keiki Shorie check www.Optionmag.com for the photos.
