The Hollow::Cast DVD premiere

The eagerly anticipated arrival of Neels Smit's first bodyboarding DVD, The Hollow::Cast, is upon us and it is set to be an action packed adventure, documenting some of the sickest bodyboarding on the planet.

The launch will take place on Saturday the 24th of November at the Two Oceans Aquarium in the V&A Waterfront, Cape Town at 17:00. Tickets will be on sale at the door for R20, there are a limit number of seats available (120), so get there early to ensure that you don't have to stand.

The film features the likes of Mark McCarthy, Jeff Hubbard, Ben Player, Sacha Specker, Vaughn Harris, Daniel Worsley, Jared Houston and many more riding some of the most insane waves around the globe. Included are scenes of local riders ripping the heart out of an unnamed West Coast Death Pit as well as footage from the 2006/07 season in Hawaii and the Cronulla Shark Island Challenge 07.

"During the first good day at Pipe I was filming behind a sandbank close to the shore. The conditions were pretty sick and I was focusing on not missing any action that went down, when a "little" freak set came running onto the beach. My camera went under water - stukkend. It took me 2 weeks to organise a new one, but luckily in that time there was not one good day at Pipe..." said Smit of his Hawaiian exploits.

Sections of the DVD include: The intro, Sacha & Vaughn, West Coast & Boland Buddies, Daniel & Jared, SA Random, Mark McCarthy, DK, Hawaii Random, Random Ozzie's, Ben Player, Americans in Hawaii, Jeff Hubbard and the Outro.

As of yet there is no launch scheduled in other parts of the country, but Neels would love to be able to do so at a future date.

DVD's and t-shirts will also be on sale at the launch for R160 and R120 respectively and will be available from Factory7 shortly.

	Neels, super stoked for you brother!!! A year and a half's work finaly reeps the reward. Pity i'm only back early dec so wont be able to make the launch. How soon we working on the next one?

	Went west coast missioning a while back and met neels.super friendly guy.was so stoked when he offered to show me some of the then uncompleted dvd.all i can say is wow.go and watch the premiere be astounded then buy a copy... so bumbed im going overseas on the 20th.
