Casting for Bodyboarding Feature Film

Searching for good-looking, experienced male bodyboarders aged 16-20 interested in auditioning for lead and supporting roles for upcoming feature film to be shot in Cape Town and Toronto, Canada in 2008. NO acting experience necessary.

Brief Synopsis:
1989. A white South African surfer-boy is ripped away from his idyllic life when his family immigrates to landlocked Toronto. When he falls in love with a local girl whose father is black, he is forced to challenge his family and face up to his inherent racism.

NOTE: The director was himself a Western Province bodyboarder in 1989 before his family immigrated to New York. This film is based on his own experiences and he is interested in meeting real bodyboarding kids who might be right for the lead character (17 year old WILL JAMISON) and his tight group of bodyboarding buddies.
