Vodacom Ocean Paddle Challenge

Don’t miss out on this lucrative event, Vodacom has put up R17, 000 to be awarded to KZN’s best paddlers in the following categories:
Friday 14 April - 6’10 and under (surfboards/ bodyboards…)
Saturday 15 April - Malibu Board (as per Lifesaving SA requirements)
Sunday 16 April - Open (anything goes)
Divisions include:
Open Men
Open Ladies
Masters (Over 40 and Over 50)
The first two events will be raced under 1 kilometre and the open section covers 5kms.

“We would like to see people that surf or exercise a lot coming to join us in the paddle challenge, we are trying to encourage all fit watermen and women to come to North Beach and show us how well they can paddle and to test their surfing fitness levels,” said Vodacom Ocean Paddle Challenge Organiser Brandon Ribbink.
